The catalogue has a search bar, where you can type in what you need. This includes searching up simple terms such as “rebar,” to product and tariff codes. Each steel good will have the details of the steelmakers that manufacture it, and contact details to help get your project specified.
We have also separated each type of steel product into categories so that you can see all your options by steel type. Each type of steel product will have the details of the suppliers and how to contact them to discuss further.
If you are interested in understanding what each steel producer makes, we have the option to click their logo, which will give you a list of their items, plus their contact information to start a conversation.

Our digital catalogue is an online platform showcasing more than 10,000 steel products, all made here in the UK. Our domestic steel sector has a wide variety of different suppliers, based across the country, who are able to serve your project needs, and the digital catalogue helps to showcase what we can do for you.

Looking at the construction sector in the UK, the development of buildings and infrastructure pipeline represents more than £600 billion of spend over the next decade, including at least £44 billion for housing. This represents a fantastic opportunity for steelmakers to help widen the ripple effects of the construction industry into jobs and communities if UK-made steel is purchased.
UK Steel research, released in November, shows that over the next 25 years, an estimated £25 million tonnes of steel will be needed for offshore wind alone. This could unlock a multi- billion pound opportunity if UK steel is used in these projects with the right investment.
These are just two examples of where national projects can contribute to economic growth and national prosperity if UK steel products are a part of the mix. UK-made steel is a British strength and directly contributes Directly contributes £1.8 billion to UK GVA and supports a further £2.4 billion and directly contributes £3.4 billion to the UK’s balance of trade – which only grows with each project delivered.
